Defendant, Dino Jay Schwertz, was charged by indictment before a grand jury of three counts of aggravated rape (counts 1-3), desecration of LSA-RS 2:42 p.m., and one count of indecent assault a minor (Count 4) in the sacrilege of LSA-RS 14:81.2. He pleaded not guilty. Before trial, on counts 1 and 4 of the indictment were severed by the cost of surviving. Defendant was tried by a jury on counts 1 and 4 and was found guilty as charged. Defendant was sentenced to prison for deadly forced labor without the benefit of the probation, parole, or delay a penalty after twenty years on Count 4.The trial court ordered that the sentences be served consecutively. The average has filed a bill multiple offender search information to the defendant tried and convicted as an offender ritual. The trial court has accused of being a second offender and crime rooted resentenced to twenty years imprisonment with hard labor against 4. The Court further ordered that the sentence be served consecutively to the spark of life imprisonment imposed on the number 1.
